Throughout my professional career, I have qualified for Million Dollar Round Table 8 times (MDRT Qualifying Member 2013, 2015 – 2019, 2021 – 2022), which I believe is vital to maintain and stay on top of my career.
What was it like to make a mid-career switch?
I have switched from being a project engineer to a full-time Financial Consultant in 2010 and I have never looked back.
Through the journey here, I have gained valuable experience by meeting people from all walks of life and learned how to overcome adversity and gain success personally and financially.
What advice would you give to people considering this career?

What is life like for an agency leader?
Being an agency leader, I have grown from taking care of my clients’ interests and planning for a financial portfolio to grooming my financial consultants‘ personal and professional development.
This journey is challenging yet rewarding as this has forced me to grow and develop as a better leader.
